something? Hate something? Do you want to tell us what you think
of Yosemite Family Store? You can do that here by using the form
below. If you want to submit a new product or service, please use
the new product submission form instead.
If
you have questions or concerns about one of your purchases, please
contact the store you bought it from directly because we have no
control over billing, delivery, or returns. However if you just
want to say if you loved it or hated it, then this is the right
page for you to submit your feedback to us.
If
you include your name, state, age, and product you bought (it helps
to say which section you bought it from), we'll put your feedback
on our site. To submit feedback, please email feedback@futuristicfamily.com
If
we get negative feedback, we'll file it and wait to see if that
was just a lemon product (in which case, call the store and get
an exchange!) or if it's really just a bad product. If it's a bad
product and we get more than a couple complaints, we'll remove it
from our store. If it's defective, you'll be taken care of if you
call the store directly because most of our featured stores have
excellent return policies.
Unfortunately
we can't respond personally because our system is automated. We
get a mountain of emails every day and we're trying to keep our
staff small so more money can donated to our charities. Rest assured
that every piece of feedback is processed and filed proper
ly and
that our product selection and rotation is based on this feedback
database.
